What is the 'Scan & Send' service?

Our Scan & Send service offers an added convenience for customers who want to receive an electronic copy of their completed document(s) in addition to the physical delivery. Here's how it works:

  • Once your order is completed, including all necessary legalisation, attestation, or certification, we will take a high-quality electronic scan of your document(s).
  • The scanned copy will be emailed to you as a PDF file, which can be easily opened with any standard PDF reader.
  • You will receive the scan before the physical document(s) are dispatched, so you can have access to your document quickly.

Please remember that this service is only available once your order is fully completed and ready for dispatch. If you don’t have a PDF reader, you can download Adobe Reader for free here.
